Prices are per room per night bed & breakfast based on 2 people sharing. Single occupancy (if available) reduction of £20.

All rooms are en-suite.

We do not allow smoking anywhere in the guest house.

Children over 11 are welcome.

1 night stays may be available at £96 per room per night B&B and must be paid for in full at the time of booking (based on 2 people).

We accept payment by Debit card (preferred), cash, cheque or credit card

Please be aware that Credit Card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.

Booking Conditions

A provisional booking will be held for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit  equal to the cost of the first nights stay is required to secure the booking. This can be paid by cheque or Debit/Credit Card. Cheques should be made payable to 'Silver Lea'.  For debit/credit card payments please call us.

On receipt, deposit will be acknowledged and confirmation of booking notified  by post or email.
